Safety

Yes, an EMT or medically trained nurse is onsite each camp day at each location.

How does Rally Camps accommodate children with allergies?

Safety is the cornerstone of our camp program. We have detailed safety procedures regarding allergies, and each of our staff members is trained on how to identify an allergic reaction and how to make use of an EpiPen. Each camper’s coach is made aware of all allergies on his/her team. Also, each camper with allergies is given a wristband to identify them during lunch hours and throughout camp.

All staff members go through a rigorous interview process and background check, as well as thorough training. We hire primarily professional educators, and athletic young adults with experience managing children.

Schedule & Curriculum

What is a typical Rally Camp day like?

Each Camp day consists of 4-5 different sport rotations, lunch, a little bit of arts and crafts, some traditional games and ends with a popsicle! On Fridays we will have a special activity either at camp, or off-site as a field trip.

Are there Field Trips at Rally Camps?

Every Friday we will have a special activity either at camp or off-site as a field trip. Some examples are: Rock Climbing Wall, Water Slides, Rally World Games, Mini Golf, and Bowling. Exact special activities will be communicated with families in the days leading up to your particular camp week.

Are the field trips optional?

Yes. We will be operating a typical camp day on site, so if a camper chooses to not attend the field trip, they are welcome to stay on site for camp.

Can I drop off my camper/pick them up early from a trip?

Unfortunately, we do not permit parents to drop off or pick up their children from field trip locations. A professional bus service will pick up campers before the field trip, and drop them back off as well.

For field trips, we ensure smaller ratios to maintain safety. Typically, we aim for a 6:1 ratio of counselors:campers, give or take.

Absolutely! We send out an email each week with Field Trip information and if you have selected “Yes” on the field trip permission form, you will have the option to change your mind through your account.

Yes, when you enroll, there’s a spot to list any friends that will be joining your camper. As long as they are close in grade and age, you can list them in the application.
